Delivery & Returns
All our customers are very important to us so our returns policy applies to individuals and businesses.
You can cancel your order at any point before it is shipped and receive a full refund, this applies to both standard account customers and business account customers. You also have the right to return your goods and receive a full refund within 14 days if you change your mind about any of the items. Please note that it is your responsibility to return the goods in the same condition they arrived.
To arrange a return simply complete the form on our Contact Us page selecting "Arrange a return" as the subject. Once we receive the returned items your refund will be issued. We are also happy to arrange collection of the items for return however the cost of this collection will be deducted from your refund. Our team will be more than happy to discuss this with you and make the process as straightforward for your specific requirements.
In the event that we send you the wrong products or any of our products arrive damaged or faulty please contact us and replacements will be arranged. If you would prefer a full refund then this option is also available. We do request that wherever possible digital photographs or the faulty or damaged goods are forwarded with your complaint to ensure a refund or replacement can be issued in the shortest possible time. Simply Surfacing will always attempt to arrange for collection of faulty or damaged items, you can arrange to return the items if you prefer however a valid receipt will be required before we are able to refund this cost.

Please note that all shipping is completed by third party providers. Delivery times in most cases will be made within the specified days for each delivery option. If your delivery is not made within the time stated you will be entitled for a full refund of all delivery costs.
